4minute (rev. 2.0)

New wave KPOP girls band. Think em great. Very promising.

First impression watching "Muzik" PV was - "They are 2NE1 CLONE". But later watching other stuff I changed decision to - "They are VERY GOOD themselfes" in music, dance, visual, etc. And 2NE1 similar style is just mainstream following. I.e. totally recomend!

Bio:

4Minute was announced in May 2009 (by JYP Entertainment's sister label Cube Entertainment), along with two of the groups members, Kim HyunAh and Nam JiHyun.

On June 15, 2009, their debut single "Hot Issue" was released along with another teaser video and the profiles for each group member. Within hours of the song release, it quickly climbed onto top charts.

In the end of August, 4Minute released a mini-album called For Muzik which was alongside their second single, "Muzik". Their third single is "What A Girl Wants."

On June 21, 2009, after the first week of "Hot Issue" promotions, fans stole various items from the group's van, including clothing and other items.

On August 27, 2009, Korean broadcaster KBS banned play of the 4minute song "Won't Give (안줄래)" for what they considered to be overly sexual lyrical content
