You should use another host, I can never download on your site. It just keeps loading for like 15 min, I even let the page charge until 30 minutes once.
Well, i just use my personal ftp server for files.I think you mean delays while file download try (?)Page itself(html text) is Google hosted.You can request files that You need - and i'll upload em on 4sync or other cloud drive..
Did add "Hot Issue" link on cloud drive above - try it!
