i mean if i ask you to re-upload you re-upload it if you have it
not in some sites you ask them they ignore you. they might have reasons but is re-uploading is that hard of a task? (by the way i am not asking here just saying ok?)

About reuploading - i just have files on hdd, maybe others remove files after uploading & free file hosting doesn't keep em for a long time, so finally the file is absent..
About being coauthor - fast speed is not needed - you can do it remotely (i.e. downloading somth directly to my ftp without your computer involved) So you need just desire and time :)
